Thomas Magaldi, M.S., RPh, LMHC
Thomas Magaldi is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Pharmacy, and went on to complete a Masters in Pharmacy Administration. He also attended Queens College where he obtained a BA in Philosophy and an MS in Mental Health Counseling. He has a certificate in Medication Therapy Management as well as a certificate in Emotional Intelligence. He has been in practice for over 15 years.

Varsha Pahwa, M.S., LMHC
Varsha Pahwa graduated from the University of Staten Island with a BS in Psychology. She later attended Queens College where she obtained an MS in Mental Health Counseling. She also has a certificate in Functional Family Therapy. She has 3 years of experience in suicide and crisis prevention, as well as family therapy/preventive work. Varsha has experience providing individual, couple and family counseling and specializes in a broad range of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Brief Psychotherapy.

Michael Fiscaletti, M.S., LMHC
Michael holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. He carries 3 years of experience working primarily with adolescent youths and early/middle-aged adults. In practice, Michael focuses on the application of humanistic therapy modalities such as client-centered, narrative, and existential therapy. He is currently fulfilling requirements to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Daniel Hertz, M.S., MHC-LP
Daniel Hertz has 3 years of professional experience helping clients of all ages achieve more freedom in their lives. He is a graduate of the City University of New York, Queens College, with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. In practice for 3 years, he helps clients of all ages to achieve more freedom and agency in their lives. Utilizing the Existential-Humanistic, Interpersonal, and Somatic psychotherapy modalities, Daniel’s counseling focuses on exploring capacity for choice within our relationships and overcoming self imposed limits of life.

Andrea Mancuso, M.S.Ed., P.D., MHC-LP
Andrea practiced as a school psychologist in NYC for approximately 14 years. She is experienced in development and high-performance coaching, and is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment. She is currently fulfilling requirements to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
Andrea attained a Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) in Therapeutic Interventions and a Professional Diploma in School Psychology from Fordham University in 2007. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Francis College in 2001.
Andrea’s work promotes the power of intentional healing. She regularly raises awareness about mental health matters and works to reduce the stigma connected to seeking support. Andrea encourages her clients to heal bravely, as she believes they’ll access new levels of freedom and fulfillment by doing so.
